Street Evangelism and Church Planting Revival in Pakistan: The Launch of Friday Evangelistic Healing Prayer Meetings
October 3rd, 2025, marks a powerful milestone for Good Samaritan Ministries, under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Naeem Nasir (Founder & President). On this day, we launched our new Friday Street Evangelistic Healing Prayer Meetings, a fresh movement of outreach and revival in Pakistan.
What began as a vision to take the Gospel to the streets has now grown into a weekly evangelistic and healing service where hundreds gather to experience the transforming power of Jesus Christ. These meetings are not just events — they are living expressions of church planting in action, bringing hope, prayer, and the Word of God to communities hungry for truth.
Reaching Souls Through Street Evangelism
In many parts of Pakistan, countless people have never been able to attend a church, yet they deeply desire to know God’s love. The team from Good Samaritan Ministries is now reaching these souls where they live — in the open streets, local markets, and neighborhoods that have long remained spiritually dry.
Every Friday, more than 500 people gather under the open sky to hear the Gospel, receive prayer, and experience healing. The presence of God moves powerfully as men, women, and children lift their voices in worship. Many testify of being healed from sickness, delivered from depression, and filled with new faith and hope in Jesus Christ.
Indeed, the same Jesus who walked through Galilee is walking through the streets of Pakistan today — saving, healing, and restoring lives.
Church Planting Through Evangelism
These street meetings are not only evangelistic gatherings — they are the foundation of new church plants. As people commit their lives to Christ each week, we help them form small Bible study and prayer groups in their areas. Over time, these fellowships grow into strong and active church branches.
This is the heart of Church Planting in Pakistan — to reach every city, town, and village with the Gospel and to raise up new believers who will continue the work of Christ. Through evangelism, discipleship, and compassion, we are seeing new churches born from the streets of Pakistan.
A Call to Prayer and Partnership
We humbly request your continued prayers for this growing movement. Each Friday, new souls are being reached, and more lives are being touched. As Jesus said:
“The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.” — Matthew 9:37
Through prayer and unity in Christ, we believe the Lord will continue to raise laborers and open doors for new church plants across Pakistan.
Conclusion: Revival is Rising
Under the vision of Rev. Dr. Naeem Nasir, Good Samaritan Ministries continues to carry the light of the Gospel to the streets, proclaiming hope and salvation in Jesus’ Name.
What began on October 3rd, 2025, as a simple outreach has become a growing movement of revival and church planting. The people are hungry, the Spirit is moving, and Jesus Christ is building His Church in Pakistan.
