JESUS Is Coming Back: The Blessed Hope That Fuels Church Planting in Pakistan

Published: November 23, 2025 | www.churchplantinginpakistan.com

For over 16 years, since The Lord miraculously healed me in 2009, one truth has burned in my heart and driven every step of Good Samaritan Ministries and church planting across Pakistan:

JESUS is coming back.

This is not just doctrine. It is the fire that keeps us pressing into the darkest villages, handing out Free Urdu Bibles, training pastors at Revelation Bible College, and raising up children at Maranatha Christian High School who will preach the Gospel long after we are gone.

Because He is coming, we cannot sit still. Because He is coming, every soul matters. Because He is coming, the pain of today will soon give way to the glory of Paradise.

The Promise That Changes Everything

Titus 2:13 calls it “the blessed hope — the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ.” Jesus Himself promised in John 14:3: “I will come back and take you to be with Me that you also may be where I am.”

HE came The first time as The Lamb. He is coming again as The Lion — King of Kings riding on a white horse, Faithful and True (Revelation 19:11). Every wrong will be made right. Every tear wiped away. A new heaven and a new earth where death, mourning, and pain are gone forever (Revelation 21:1–4).

That day is closer now than when we first believed.

Why This Hope Drives Church Planting Today

In Pakistan, where persecution is real and the night sometimes feels long, the promise of Christ’s return is our strength:

  • We plant churches in unreached villages because we know the King is coming to reign.
  • We give away Free Urdu Bibles because souls must hear before the trumpet sounds.
  • We train  leaders because the harvest is urgent.
  • We educate  poor Christian children because they are the generation that may see His appearing.

We do not labour for a fading crown. We labour for the day when we will cast every crown at His feet.

The Final Judgment and the Open Door

One day every person will stand before the throne (Revelation 20:12). Books will be opened. Names will be searched for in the Lamb’s Book of Life.

But right now — today — the door is still open. 2 Peter 3:9 declares that the Lord is patient, “not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.”

That is why we keep going. That is why we keep preaching. That is why we keep planting churches and giving Bibles and feeding the poor and freeing families from brick kilns.

Because the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” (Revelation 22:17)

A Personal Word from The Mission Field

My dear friend reading this in Pakistan or around the world: The same Jesus who healed me, saved me, and called me is coming back for you.

No matter your past. No matter your pain. No matter how dark the night feels.

Paradise is not a dream — it is a promise sealed by His blood and guaranteed by His resurrection.

Live ready. Live urgently. Live with heaven in view.

And until He comes, let us work the works of Him who sent us while it is still day (John 9:4).

Maranatha — Come, Lord Jesus!
